Community acupuncture is a people-powered healthcare model designed to remove financial and structural barriers to healing. Treatments take place in a shared space, allowing care to be offered affordably while fostering connection, dignity, and collective rest. Each person receives individualized acupuncture within a calm, supportive community setting.

This clinic exists to support those impacted by stress, trauma, burnout, chronic pain, illness, and systemic inequity—especially people who are uninsured, underinsured, or historically excluded from wellness spaces. Acupuncture has been shown to help regulate the nervous system, ease pain, support emotional resilience, improve sleep, and reduce craving and addiction, promote overall well-being.

Gina Mauro, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist committed to healthcare as a form of activism and collective liberation. Her work challenges profit-driven wellness models by offering acupuncture that is accessible, community-centered, and rooted in dignity rather than extraction.
