"Guerrilla Gallery" with Brenda Ann Kenneally

Date(s) - Wednesday 07/10/2013 - 07/12/2013
2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join internationally recognized photo-journalist Brenda Ann Kenneally for this 3-day workshop (10 am – 4 pm each day)! We will paste large-scale photos of Upstate Girls and other local neighbors’ portraits (taken this past December in our “Art of Portraiture” workshop) on to the boarded up windows of abandoned buidlings on the block!

Get an in-depth view of Brenda Ann’s creative process with the Upstate Girls project. Bring your still camera, video camera or audio recorder to connect with and document the process!

WHERE: Meet at the Sanctuary each morning, then hit the streets as we spread out across 6th Ave. from Glen Ave. to 101st St.!

REGISTER at: mediasanctuary.org/workshopregistration

Registration fee: sliding scale, depending on what you can contribute: $1 – $350!

Pre-registration is requested.  We are taking reservations for those committed to participate fully in this 3-day workshop.  If you cannot participate for the entire time, please let us know your availability.
