1-5 PM Neighborhood meet & greet

Join North Troy Environmental Education Consortium partners Troy Bike Rescue, Collard City Growers, Missing Link Street Ministry and Youth Media Sanctuary as they prepare for another year of programming in North Troy.

Here’s the plan:

1-3 PM  Kids’ Bike Rodeo and Collard City Growers Planting Party at 3337 6th Avenue.

3-5 PM  Stop by the TBR open house in their Wheelhouse headquarters at 3280 6th Avenue.

6 PM TBR Fundraising Dinner

The Troy Bike Rescue Team hosts a delectable dinner prepared by local food enthusiasts. Help support TBR’s self-service community shop as they educate and advocate for alternative transportation and people-powered velorution. 

5 PM Doors open at the Sanctuary, 3361 6th Avenue. We’ll have a cash beer and wine bar stocked with local brew from Brown’s Brewing.

6 PM Burrito dinner! The TBR food ninjas are at it again with a mouthwatering meal for the masses.

7 PM Cake auction! Dessert items provided by biker bakers from the greater TBR community.

7:30 PM Raffle! A ‘penny social’ all evening with great prizes like bike gear, clothing, gift certificates and much much more.

Music provided by The Morose Toners.

Daytime events are free. Evening program by donation ($20 suggested for dinner and Film Fest).

8 PM Greasy Peas Film Fest

Cutting-edge shorts celebrating urban rebirth and creative resistance!  From the ground up, diverse communities are using bicycles, gardens, counter-economies and more to redefine culture and public space.  By donation.
