Let Nikki Rogers guide us in yoga practice dedicated to healing arts and mindfulness.
Nikki has devoted the past decade of her professional life to promoting the health, and wellbeing of the community of Albany. She began her personal journey into yoga in 2005 and in 2012 a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training opened the door to her dream of sharing yoga with the Albany community as a pathway to stress relief and a healthy lifestyle. Nikki’s classes could be described as “beginner plus.” She designs her classes specifically to be done by people with little experience with the practice, while still providing a challenge to all skill levels. Linking breath and movement for a relaxing practice, Nikki safely guide students into poses and tailors each session to the individual needs of each of her classes.
This event will take place after the NATURE Lab Open Hours workshop: Urban Sprouts Entrepreneurship Incubator with Simone Johnson.
Other yoga dates include November 26th, December 3rd, and December 10th also from 6-7 PM.
