Get ready to make good graphics!
To get the most out of the workshop, you should bring a current project and your laptop. We will learn software tricks and tips, but this is not a photoshop class. After all, you can make stuff without a computer! In addition to such programs as Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp and Word, we will also use scanners, photocopying, collage, and hand illustration.
In this workshop, we will:
-view examples of the good and the bad
-learn basic graphic design principles

-create a clear visual message
-work with different types of media
-make multiple versions of a concept
-review and critique each others’ work
-develop and finalize a design for your project!
