SUMMARY:9th Annual Troy Bike Rescue BikeFest
DESCRIPTION:Join Troy’s bike-friendly community for a homespun burrito dinner complete with daytime rides\, special guests\, and the always-amazing cake auction. This event benefits Troy Bike Rescue and will help prepare for another year of grassroots community building…with bicycles. \n\n\n\nBikeFest schedule (join for any or all!) \n\n\n\n2:30pm – commUNITY Bike Ride\, meet at Freedom Square (corner of 5th/6th and 101st) – all are welcome (bring your own bike) \n\n\n\n4pm – Wheelie Contest & Balance Bike Race\, Freedom Square – show off your skills or fall trying! (prizes!) \n\n\n\n5pm – Cash Bar & Jar Raffle Mingle – buy raffle tickets to win cool prizes from local businesses and enjoy local brews (beer and kombucha)! \n\n\n\n6pm – Burrito Bar Dinner & entertainment \n\n\n\n7pm – Crazy Cake Auction – bid on world class cakes made locally by TBR lovers! \n\n\n\nAbout the Troy Bike Rescue:\n\n\n\nTroy Bike Rescue is a collective of cycling enthusiasts committed to removing bikes from the waste stream and getting them back on the streets. The help to build a bicycle community in the capital region through hands-on education.
