At Collard City Growers, the plants also move us. For a morning harvest they send us scurrying, picking, pocketing, curving ourselves around the winding tendrils of a pea plant. Their sunshine desires draw beads of sweat from our temples. They inspire nostrils to sniff and taste buds to relish…
