Cheers! Vitamina de Abacate (Avocado Smoothie, serves 4)
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of orange juice (cold)
1 cup yogurt (plain or low fat vanilla) or milk
Blend everything and serve. Great treat if you can freeze the bananas in advance.
